Registered Parishioner Rate*
* To receive the Parish Rate, the family must be actively participating in the life of Nativity parish. At minimum, an active, participating member is attending weekly Sunday Mass, tithing and practicing the tenets of the faith. Families registered at other Catholic parishes may be considered upon proof of participation at their parish and a letter from their pastor.

The Registration Fee covers the following: student accident insurance, standardized assessments (Renaissance), communication platforms (Gradelink, Google Suite, Blackbaud, etc.)

Early Bird Reg Fee: $375 (Due by March 31, 2025)

On-time Reg Fee: $425 (Due by May 31, 2025)

Late Reg Fee: $475 (Due by June 30, 2025)

for the upcoming school year, it is non-refundable.

Capitol Improvement Annual Fee
$500 per family
Due on or before June 1, 2025
Families may also elect to make monthly payments in the amount of $125 from March, 2025, through June, 2025.
The Capital Improvement fee covers campus maintenance, repairs and upgrades.

Nativity Catholic School partners with Blackbaud Tuition Manaement for the processing and collection of tuition and other fees.Blackbaud accepts payments in the form of credit card, on-line debit payments, checks and money orders mailed directly to their headquarters.

Family Fundraising Fee
$600 per family
School fundraisers support community building and helps keep tuition at an affordable price.

In lieu of fundraising, families may choose to pay the fee directly via one of the following options:

Pay the fundraising fee in full by August 15th, 2025, and receive a $75 discount

Pay the via the school's tuition management platform in 9 monthly installments (Sept '25 -May '26). The front office must be notified by July 15, 2025, of your selection to do this
